FOR 2023
ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT TO REFUGEES

In 2023, we provided HELP & SUPPORT to women
refugees, focusing on the following areas:

75 refugee women trained in business school and
8 refugee women received financial support (grants)
to set up their businesses.

More than 40 women refugees were trained in SMM
school, learning the areas of social media and market-
ing, thanks to which the participants improved their
online profile and started to advertise their products

Our counsellors conducted over 100 counselling ses-
sions with the women refugees to help them resolve
various issues and challenges on their journey to fi-
nancial sustainability and to help our participants
keep records and plan their finances.

Over 20 women refugees were supported with one-
to-one counselling and business mentoring.

We provided training for 77 women refugees staying
in different districts of Transnistria in 7 different pro-
fessions so that they could learn new skills and find
employment. The women were trained in accounting
and 1C programme, seamstress, baker (confectioner),
hairdressing, make-up, manicure/pedicure, eyelash
extension.

We held 5 networking meetings for women refugees on
advocacy, peacebuilding and peacebuilding network-
ing, media literacy and countering fake information.

We developed more than 10 roadmaps for women
refugees on starting and running a business, employ-
ment, peacebuilding and peacebuilding issues.

CONSULTATION SUPPORT

Our team of experts and consultants are available to
provide professional advice and assistance in a va-
riety of areas to help you overcome challenges and
move forward.
In 2023, we provided more than 500 counselling
sessions for small, micro and medium-sized entrepre-
neurs so that they can become more successful and
sustainable.

We provide counselling on the following topics:

– business analytics and business risk analysis
– accounting and financial planning
– legal support and business registration
– marketing/product promotion
– logistics
– sales and negotiations
– entering the international market
– team management / project management
